Some NPCs will be Partially Resonant, meaning you can cause them to become fully resonant, but this requires two things.
① An outfit they will be willing to talk to you wearing.
② The correct dialogue choice.
The below catalogues the responses you will get, depending on your choices of outfit and speech.
A conversion mod for Phyre’s Haven, activated by collecting the Dead Cat codex, and applied any time entering/exiting the Haven.

Located in the bathroom area, the Shadow Broker is a mysterious entity that can provide an assortment of deadly weapons, stored directly in your shadowcache, all at the cost of Melancholic resonance.
Phyre finally gets to wash, but in blood. Located beside the Shadow Broker, you can take a dip in the tub to restore all lost HP and Blood pips.
Once you’re able to move freely, Phyre can use Dale’s notes and maps to travel through backdoors to each Elysium without being noticed or back again, indicated by the neon bat sign.
As a creature of the night, making use of a window to enter and exit the Haven makes sense, and now you can achieve exactly that.
Location: Bedroom.
Allows access to clan training without needing to go to each Clan representative, but only for the clans you have completed.

Support on Ko-fiMobile UX polish pass — the new combat graph and nested Skill Tree flows now behave correctly on phone layouts (fixed Skill Tree back navigation, added a Phyre clan-drawer chevron indicator, and restored Ysabelle’s bottom-tab logo). Combat cards and Benny’s Loose Cannon drawer were retuned for mobile readability, and hub map filter scrolling now works reliably without map-pan gesture conflicts.
Combat data refresh — clan melee combo tables now show practical step timing and per-step DPS using MinWU / Threshold cadence, clan cards split Combo vs Loop DPS, melee weapons now show per-step Light / Forward / Shove / Heavy timing and DPS, and the melee tier list was retuned around the updated combat model.
Tier List tab — full opinionated ranking of every clan ability (passive, strike, relocate, affect, mastery), clan perk, overall clan ranking, affinity ranking, melee set, outfit spread, and clan completion talent. Each filter category has its own pill; affinity items get a slowly rotating rainbow gradient border (via @property --affinity-angle + repeating-conic-gradient) to distinguish them at a glance.
Hub map building hotspot overhaul — all major buildings now use hand-traced SVG polygon outlines from exact pixel vertices instead of rectangular hit boxes, including iterative corner/edge cleanup for Observatory, St Stephens, Weaver Tower, Wake the Dead, Autoshop, Makom Bar, and the Glacier Hotel so outlines match the real silhouettes more closely.
Spring Update refresh (build 22727210) — full data pass against the Spring Update FModel exports. Header patch chip relinked to the Spring Update news page in pale orange (matches the Loose Cannon palette). Melee Weapons page reworked: per-weapon optimal-rotation DPS chips (Light / Forward / Shove) live in each weapon’s heading row; the weapon quick-jump legend now sits directly under the subtitle in gold Cinzel chips above the primer; the primer explains heavy attacks break the weapon and are excluded from DPS. Benny Combat tab (renamed from Unarmed): Drop Kick re-added as the only shared dash attack with Phyre; the four directional dashes are explicitly called out as replaced by DLC specials Chop (forward, downward spike), Kick (back, launches), and Sweep (side, wide arc). New BennyGun — Sidearm section documents both ammo modes, the 30-round max clip, world-found ammo, and routes from a sidebar “BennyGun details →” button. Sidebar detail panels for Sidearm and Melee Weapons now end with cross-links to their respective combat data sections. DLC tile rebuilt as a single store-page link with an OUT NOW pill above and a hover-swap to the alt key art. Section headings for the Fist Combo, DLC Specials, and BennyGun now share the same crest-style icon treatment.
Mobile & save overhaul — full responsive pass: dedicated mobile chrome (top app-bar, subtab pill bar, fixed bottom tabs, slide-up clan selector, draggable bottom-sheet detail panel) and tablet/desktop layouts auto-switch on viewport. Mobile breakpoint bumped 768 → 900 px to cover Zenbook Fold and iPad Pro 11″ portrait, with a separate landscape-phone path (max-height 500 px) and a rotate-to-portrait overlay. New universal layout toggle in the top-right (side-by-side desktop/phone slider) lets you force either layout per-session via sessionStorage; cards/tables and Benny/Fabien feature strips re-render in place when you flip. Document scroll is now locked to #app so the bottom tabs no longer wobble or scroll off-screen. The Save Link button now works on file:// contexts (clipboard execCommand fallback) and deep-links like ?at=phyre.outfits properly populate the page on load. Cross-tab navigation (Benny → Phyre outfit, ability cross-links, etc.) now syncs the mobile bottom-tab indicator and subtab pills. Clan tab gains a primer (light/heavy attacks), kicks-vs-block column, drop-kick velocity scaling, and a dedicated Parry lozenge with a Blurred Momentum cross-link. Polish: app-bar title is now static, mobile sheet handle close button no longer clips, MAHA pill is conditional on the Haven mod, clan diamond turns gold to match AP, awakened/unlocked colours swapped to match the rest of the UI, drawer header now has an × close button, Benny tree no longer collides with tier labels on narrow widths, Silence of Death (clan passive) no longer shows a green progress arrow, and tap-then-hover ghost tooltips are suppressed for 600 ms after touch.
Benny outfit detail panel — “Outfit for Phyre” sidebar item now opens a detail panel showing the Maverick Cop thumbnail, a link to the outfit page, and an inline DLC purchase lozenge. benny-dlc-unlock-link button on the outfit page now navigates to the Benny tab and focuses the outfit panel. All icon assets moved from UI_export/ to assets/. navigateToOutfit now correctly switches the primary Phyre tab before showing the outfits sub-tab.
Share & URL tools — Copy View Link button (tab bar) copies the current tab position with no selections; Save Link encodes the full build into a shareable URL. Combos sub-tab depth now tracked in ?at= (e.g. phyre.combos.clan). URL param order normalised: ?at= always precedes ?state=. Changelog moved to its own header lozenge.
Benny polish — Loose Cannon DLC dropdown (trailer link, purchase lozenge persisted in URL), Brujah crest background, pistol sidebar with click detail panel, outfit full image & standard approach tables. Alacrity CCT updated. Melee Standard Attack links to Clan Combos tab. Valentine’s Update patch lozenge added to header.
Benny sidebar — New Features panel with Sidearm, Melee Weapons & Soaring Leap entries (screenshots, descriptions, detail panel). URL tab position tracking (?at= param). Tab switching fix (Benny secondary tab no longer breaks Phyre navigation). Titanfist icon updated & rotated. Bloodcraft sub-list formatting fixed.
Benny (Loose Cannon DLC) tab — skill tree, sidebar pistol, DLC info section with trailer link, outfit row & detail panel. State persisted in URL.
